The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing financial systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, and Power BI. You'll drive continuous improvement, support the business through system enhancements, training, and first-line support, and be at the forefront of our system transformation journey.

What You'll Do
  • Provide first-level support for finance systems.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems.
  • Perform user access controls and system configurations.
  • Develop and update system documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Run regular system reports and manage monthly audits.
Your Ideal Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance systems role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
