Your Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Condition Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on the condition of assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Support to Asset Improvement Coordinators: Provide daily support to Asset Improvement Coordinators in their tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintenance Planning: Scope and plan maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- SAP Work Orders: Create accurate and timely work orders in SAP to facilitate smooth operations.
- Root Cause Analysis: Participate in RCA to identify and address underlying causes of issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical Trade Qualification: Hold a mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Possess solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive attitude and pride in your work.
- Experience: Have experience in similar roles or be ready to take the next step.
- Certifications: Hold a NSW Driver's Licence and possess computer literacy.
