Customer Success Role

You will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients get the most value from our solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and optimize their experience with our products.

This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You must have a high energy level, an entrepreneurial mindset, and be able to think critically and proactively solve problems.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within corporate, advisory or law enforcement sectors. A focus on data privacy, forensic investigations, eDiscovery, etc. is highly desirable.
