Senior Care Director

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to lead our care team in delivering safe, high-quality, resident-centred care.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of person-centred care services.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to industry standards, including the Aged Care Act 1997.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the community to promote choice, engagement, and a sense of home.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident experience and safety.
Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager (with at least 1 year in aged care).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Exceptional knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance principles.
- A genuine commitment to supporting residents to live their lives with dignity and respect.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a patient-focused approach to care.
