- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of Risk Based Monitoring Inspectors, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting staff wellbeing and development.">
- Promote a culturally safe and inclusive workplace, ensuring team members are equipped to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse communities.">
- Exercise delegated regulatory powers to make evidence-based decisions that align with compliance objectives and uphold relevant legislation.">
- Promote provider accountability for workforce quality and compliance with the Aged Care Code of Conduct while supporting sector education to embed compliance expectations and drive continuous improvement.">

- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, coaching and developing a high performing geographically dispersed team, and build capability in a complex environment.">
- In-depth understanding, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge, of aged care legislation, policy, and regulatory frameworks.">
