Job Opportunity: Mental Health Clinician

Are you a skilled mental health professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our CAMHS Centralised Intake team.


About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with young people, carers, and service providers via telephone/virtual care to ensure young people access the right service at the right time. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, intake, and service linkage for young people/carers within HNELHD.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of young people's mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. You must also have experience in bio-psycho-social-cultural assessment and mental health risk assessment.
