Job Title

A physiotherapist is required to provide support and treatments to Defence Force Personnel at the Albatross Health Centre.

About the Role

This role involves providing evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to patients. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, dedicated to delivering high-quality health services.

  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour are essential for this role.
  • You must have current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 2 years full-time post graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment is required.
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA is expected.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification is necessary.
  • Membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association is desirable.

The Albatross Health Centre is located at Nowra on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. It provides primary medical, aviation medical, dental, mental health, physiotherapy, nursing, and pharmaceutical services to up to 1500 ADF members.
