Incident Centre Operations Specialist

The role of Incident Centre Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the operational readiness of emergency response facilities and systems across a designated zone.

Maintaining accurate and timely reporting requirements to support State Operations Centre operations is a key responsibility.

Key duties include:

  • Ensuring incident centre facilities and systems are optimally maintained.
  • Developing and implementing effective operational reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinating duty roster systems to meet operational needs.

A successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of contemporary emergency management practices, with the capability to obtain advanced qualifications within 12 months.

Knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes is essential for this role, or the ability to acquire this knowledge within 12 months.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of emergency management principles and practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
