Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our Corporate team. This includes performing various administrative tasks, such as advising on work conditions and parental leave, coaching managers on challenging conversations, and drafting show cause letters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar P&C/HR role for a large complex environment. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be tech-savvy with a strong ability to navigate software and systems.

This is a key role that requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to drive initiatives across our operating divisions and provide guidance to leaders on setting objectives and having meaningful mid-year check-in conversations.

In this role, you will also play a key part in the company-wide Employee Engagement Survey project. You will be responsible for gathering and presenting people metrics, navigating Oracle HCM for performance development reviews, enabling discussions, and calibrating recommendations.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in a similar P&C/HR role for a large complex environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Being tech-savvy with a strong ability to navigate software and systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP.
  • A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
