About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Speech Pathologist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disability to 'get more out of life today'.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals with disability, focusing on communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring, using evidence-based practices to inform therapy decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and carers to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in speech pathology.
