Payroll Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Team Leader to oversee the processing of our national payroll, providing expert advice and support to team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on complex payroll matters, including EOM and EOFY processing.
  • Effectively allocate tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Audit and report payroll data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of full-function payroll processing, including tax laws and regulations.
  • Exhibit high-level written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Show ability to critically review and develop best practice processes, driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of Payroll Officers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Display strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
