Our client is a privately owned, reputable organisation based in Brisbane's inner city suburbs. They are currently looking for a confident Payroll Team Leader who can hit the ground running and assist the team for an initial 3 months.

**The Opportunity**

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Day to day accurate and timely payroll processing within CHRIS21.
- Prepare monthly journals, Super and tax calculations and PAYG disclosures.
- Communication with key contacts at various locations to ensure the smooth processing of the payroll.
- Interpretation of awards, agreements and contracts as well as processing annual leave and termination calculations.

To be considered for this position you will have strong working knowledge in the end to end processes of a payroll function and ideally have worked within a complex or high volume business. This role suits someone who has already worked within a team lead position already or could suit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer with the necessary skills and abilities to step into a team lead position.

You will ideally have had exposure working with CHRIS21 and be confident with supervising others in a team. You will have the confidence and superb communication-style to provide accurate & efficient client service delivery.
