This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards.
A Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, budgets, and risks, and maintains clear communication with all stakeholders.
The Project Manager drives process enhancements, ensures best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle, and facilitates project closure, including deliverable handover and post-project evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field is desirable.
- Experience coordinating projects, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Exposure to MFA or IT security projects is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to follow up and push tasks to completion.
- Delivers consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills; handles multiple tasks with ease.
- Excellent attention to detail across all project stages.
- Builds strong relationships with teams and clients.
- Promotes collaboration and maintains clear communication.
