Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee diverse and impactful fitout and construction projects for high profile brands. As a key member of our team, you will lead teams, mentor junior team members, grow your career, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time to the highest standard.

  • Manage projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve exceptional results
  • E nsure compliance with building specs, standards and EHSQ requirements
  • Foster effective relationships and communication with clients, subbies and stakeholders
  • Handle tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Manage the construction programme and project delivery systems
  • Provide financial reporting and identify profit improvements
About You
  • Experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role
  • A natural leader and team player
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Projects, Procore and Jobpac (handy, but not essential)
