">The successful Concession Supervisor will lead by example in customer service, ensuring all staff are engaged and motivated to deliver exceptional experiences. They will also be responsible for delivering sales targets through solid business acumen, as well as managing stock levels and maintaining visual standards.
">- Mentor, lead and develop a small team of 2-4.
- Ensure all staff are engaged and motivated to deliver above-and-beyond experiences.
- Delivery of sales targets and growth expectations through solid business acumen.
- Daily management of stock to minimise loss and maximise sales.
- Ensure concession maintains our visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential.
We are seeking an experienced professional who has:
">- Experience in a supervising role or extensive experience in fashion retail.
- A proven track record of creating customer experiences and driving commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to stock inventory and loss prevention management.
