Mechanical Components Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of mechanical components throughout various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with contractors to develop and submit QA/QC documents, including ITPs, QCPs, welding/NDT/HT/painting procedures, and MARs.
- Assist in reviewing and approving QMS, engineering, and procurement documents, and resolve discipline-related issues.
- Evaluate project QA/QC requirements and ensure their proper implementation at construction sites and vendor/subcontractor facilities, in line with specifications and standards.
- Conduct surveillance and inspection of fabrication, erection, and associated mechanical works, including surface preparation and coating/painting, welding and NDT, equipment installation and pressure testing.
- Identify and address non-conformities through corrective and preventive actions.
The successful candidate will possess expertise in implementing Quality Surveillance Programs, Completion Management Systems (CMS), and Technical Integrity Verification (TIV). They will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills for complex QA/QC challenges and disputes involving interpretation of project requirements.
