Lead a team of professionals as an HR Manager, overseeing employee relations and promoting company culture.

Job Summary

As an experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions in assigned regions. This role requires close collaboration with local business leaders to provide professional consulting on employee relations, maintain engagement, and promote company culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR plans to support business growth and current needs
  • Update local employment policies to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Work closely with regional HSE leader and line managers to promote ESG activities
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
  • Lead employee relations, manage conflicts, and recognize top performers
  • Manage HR systems, track employee information, and budget allocation
  • Provide internal training resources, select external training, and monitor budgets
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure office management and administration

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and integration skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-function HR, including recruitment and employee relations
  • Can-do attitude, action-oriented, and open to tough decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in diverse cultures and drive harmonization
  • English native speaker, professional verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances
