Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery team.

The role of the Technical Delivery Coordinator involves maintaining intimate knowledge of client environments and guiding both technical teams and clients to deliver successful Business outcomes. This includes ensuring adherence to process and procedures by the team, coordinating technical workloads to ensure key client deliverables are met and in accordance with agreed client SLAs.

You will also be responsible for dealing with or escalating standard and complex service request related issues that may arise in order to ensure successful client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and presentation of reports
  • Acting as a conduit between projects team and BAU to successfully deliver projects into operation readiness
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Deploying and delivering all consulting and delivery engagements in line with accepted best practices, automation, data standards;
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of client IT environments
  • Performing triage function(s) to determine if a request is standard vs complex
  • Coordinating major change/major incident activity in conjunction with change and major incident management team
  • Providing support to Service Delivery Managers and Senior Service Delivery managers

This role requires strong knowledge of technologies (e.g. Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google etc); Microsoft Operating Systems; ability to facilitate technical discussions and coordinate troubleshooting efforts; ability to influence and lead technical conversations internally and with the client; excellent written and verbal communication skills in both a technical and non-technical format; ability to develop and document procedures for technical support processes; and at least 2 years experience in a technical role.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
