Auditor Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Auditor Specialist to join our team in the Training Regulation, Security Licensing & Enforcement Command. This role is responsible for regulating security industry training and assessment by conducting audits of Registered Training Organisations that are approved under the Security Industry Act 1997.
In this key position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity within the security industry.
To succeed in this role, you will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (either TAE40116, TAE40122 or TAE40110 with additional units TAELLN411 – 'Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills' and TAEASS502 – 'Design and develop assessment tools').
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to conduct thorough audits and identify areas for improvement. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards will be essential in this role.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of approximately $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
