We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fraud Investigator/Forensic Auditor to join our team at Source Code in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (On-site).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, auditing, and compliance. As a Lead Fraud Investigator/Forensic Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting confidential investigations into issues involving fraud, conflicts of interest, waste, and abuse.

You will work closely with the Special Audits Manager to identify and develop relevant facts, direct the work of other investigation team members, communicate results to corporate executives, and mentor experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support time-sensitive investigations to ensure timely completion and effective communication of results.
  • Analyze complex data sets using data mining and analytical techniques to identify potential fraud and gather corroborating evidence.
  • Utilize Enterprise Risk Management tools, such as SAP, to obtain data in support of investigations.
  • Develop and deliver fraud awareness presentations throughout the Company to varying job specialties and levels of management.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other fraud-related stakeholder departments, including Corporate Security, Law, Personnel and Labor Relations.
  • Draft investigative reports and orally communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, law, criminology, compliance, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, auditing, law enforcement, compliance, or a related field where expert interviewing and investigative techniques were utilized and developed.
  • Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
  • Hold at least one professional certification, such as CFE, PCI, CCEP, CIA, CISA, or CPA.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English with solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
