Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collection Services Assistant to support the delivery of excellent customer service to students and staff. The role involves providing frontline assistance with library spaces, facilities, and information resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to support learning, teaching, and research activities.
  • Assist users in using library spaces, facilities, and information resources across all collections.
  • Support the use of online systems and manage print and digital resources as required.
