Spa Therapist Role

As a skilled Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional spa experiences to our esteemed guests. You will be part of a dedicated team working closely with other therapists to ensure outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a diverse range of luxurious spa treatments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge services
  • Promote a professional and friendly atmosphere engaging guests in their needs and expectations
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment
  • Foster a serene and relaxing ambiance for all guests

You will have the opportunity to build lasting connections with both our guests and hotel teams while working in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Requirements
  • Diploma or nationally recognised qualification in one or more forms of massage therapy
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy are highly valued
  • Previous experience within a spa environment preferably in a high-end facility
  • Able to drive retail sales within the spa operation
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
