The Role:
This casual or full-time position involves working across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with an excellent salary for proven sales performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborating with the team in day-to-day store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, and operating computers
Requirements:
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- Customer-centric behaviours and confident, professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer and the necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day
