Job Title: Inclusion Team Associate

The role of an Inclusion Team Associate is pivotal in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position requires effective collaboration with students, teachers, and staff to address diverse needs and promote a culture of inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with diverse needs in educational programs by providing personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teachers to coordinate support functions and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Supervise health and wellbeing support tasks, medical intervention support tasks, or other specialized student/teacher support roles.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Demonstrated ability to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks.
  2. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team environment.
  3. Effective communication skills, including high-level oral and written communication.
  4. Possess technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth for self and others.
Requirements:
  • Perform tasks according to guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction.
  • Certification and/or qualifications of up to three years may be required at this level.

This is a fixed-term position requiring attendance five days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3:15pm.
