Job Title: UXO Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of UXO projects. This role is central to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This is a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships while managing diverse project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management, ideally within UXO, environmental, or technical sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and proposals in line with client and contract requirements. They will oversee all aspects of UXO field operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and proposals
  • Oversee all aspects of UXO field operations
  • Manage project budgets and track financial performance
  • Act as primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all project documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management
  • Experience with UXO technical operations (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Australian Defence Force contracts (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
