Senior UXO Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of UXO projects. This role is central to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and proposals in line with client requirements
- Oversee all aspects of UXO field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage project finances, track performance, and provide accurate reporting
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensure timely submission of all project documentation
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement across project management processes
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management within UXO, environmental, or technical sectors
- Experience with UXO technical operations desirable
- Familiarity with Defence Force contracts preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience managing finances and financial reporting
