Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Promotions Coordinator to join our team in NSW/ACT. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will reap the rewards of our collective success now and into the future.

You will be responsible for constructing, administering, communicating with customers, building promotional activities and reviewing artwork for liquor retail banners.

The role involves developing and constructing retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands, building artwork briefs and proof advertising material, meeting promotional and print deadlines, engaging with supplier partners, managing the delivery and communication of retail programs through to the retail network, maintaining and upkeep all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and construct retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands.
  • Build artwork briefs and proof advertising material.
  • Meet promotional and print deadlines while ensuring accurate information is produced within agreed timelines.
  • Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the Porter's programs including driving premium product submissions.
  • Manage the delivery and communication of retail programs through to the retail network.
  • Maintain and upkeep all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team and perform administrative duties.
  • Support the NSW team to achieve their weekly, monthly and yearly goals by being available and willing to help.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads to achieve deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and exciting environment with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
