Dynamic Promotions Manager

As a Trade Planning Promotions Specialist, you'll play a key role in leading the end-to-end promotional planning rhythm. Working closely with Category Teams, Marketing and Supply Chain teams will be essential to your success.

This role requires strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills, particularly in promotions management within a multi-channel buying environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotions that deliver strategic category objectives.
  • Assist in delivering category sales and profit metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on category promotions.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient on-time delivery of products/promotions.
  • Engage and inspire the team, seeking out ways to improve with positive actions and behaviours.

Requirements:

  • Strong delivery track record with understanding of P&L drivers.
  • Extensive experience working with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve joint business goals and outcomes.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills for commercial conversations.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing are preferred.
