The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transport Officer to join our Head Office in Hazelmere. Reporting to the Transport Superintendent, you will be responsible for loading and unloading general freight, ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS&T guidelines. Your hours of work will be from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading general freight, including safe operation of Forklift
- Manually load transport containers with freight using safe manual handling techniques
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility legislation
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company policy and procedures
Requirements and Experience:
- Previous experience within the transport and logistics industry
- Essential - hold a valid forklift ticket
- Working knowledge of the Chain of Responsibility
- Demonstrated proactive workplace health & safety behaviours
- A positive attitude toward work and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, good communication, written and interpersonal skills
