As a key professional in our IP team, you will play a vital role in protecting and commercializing intellectual property. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced legal secretary/administrator/paralegal to join us.

We are seeking a skilled individual to assist with:

  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence and documents;
  • Maintaining accurate information on client portals;
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, such as IP Australia, for document productions, lodgements and amendments;
  • General administration tasks, including diary management, arranging travel and meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in intellectual property (preferably patents);
