We are seeking a **Business Analyst** who will play a crucial role in evaluating business needs, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and executing strategies to improve operational workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conducting thorough analysis of client business needs and processes through document review, workshops, and workflow assessments.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the Rail Freight sector is essential.
  3. Involvement in the analysis phase, which includes effort estimation and project scheduling.
  4. Collaborating with diverse teams to perform extensive testing, such as functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance testing, to ensure business requirements are met.
  5. Drafting, updating, and maintaining user stories along with technical documentation and specifications.
  6. Working closely with domain and technical specialists to evaluate external vendor product solutions.
  7. Supporting Business Process Leaders in formulating business cases to advocate for the introduction of new products or features.
  8. Creating and delivering functional requirements, high-level designs, and detailed designs based on the identified needs.
  9. Generating SQL scripts to extract and report data that aligns with client specifications.
  10. Establishing data transformation rules as necessary for integration tasks.
  11. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Rail Freight Management Domain is preferred.
  12. Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
