We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Infinite Consulting. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in working with our Federal Government client to deliver complex applications and Web Based Applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating requirements workshops, eliciting and documenting requirements, and business process mapping. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all solutions meet the client's needs and expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong background in complex and bespoke systems/applications. You will also need to have demonstrated experience in elicitation and documentation of business requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.
Additionally, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as a reasonable understanding of data analysis. You will also need to have strong facilitation skills for leading requirements workshops and experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Demonstrated experience in elicitation and documentation of business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments
