Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking an experienced educator to work as part of a passionate and capable team committed to enriching the futures of young children.
In this rewarding role, you will plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs, establish meaningful relationships with families, and collaborate with others to ensure best outcomes for young children.
You will work in a dedicated team, with families, the local school, and community, including external stakeholders, to provide optimum education and care outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards, with excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a demonstrated knowledge and experience of current early childhood theories and practice & children's services legislation.
This role requires a commitment to practicing our values every day and a strong commitment to your own professional learning, which we support through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Essential Criteria:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- A Working with Children Check clearance number.
- Current approved first aid qualification for early education and care HLTAID004.
- Completed an approved child protection Statement of Attainment.
- Experience working in early childhood services.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake the role of Responsible Person on Duty.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of current early childhood theories and practice & children's services legislation.
- Demonstrated high level of ethical and professional behaviour, including collaboration and confidentiality.
- A commitment to practicing our values every day.
- Strong commitment to your own professional learning.
Desirable Criteria:
- Vaccination against COVID-19.
