
Clinical Lead in Peri-operative Nursing

Clinical Leads play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, ensuring that it meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, taking personal responsibility for actions and decisions to act in the best interest of patients.
- Assume accountability as a key nurse and be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, giving and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
- Provide clinical leadership and support team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to future growth and staff education within the Peri-operative unit.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualification in Peri-operative Nursing (desirable).
- Recent clinical experience in Peri-operative Nursing.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Ability to work independently during periods of high demand and provide clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
