We are seeking a strategic finance leader to spearhead financial operations for a publicly listed technology services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, insightful financial and management reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and ASX disclosures, including Appendix 4D and 4E.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and performance analysis.
  • Oversee integration of newly acquired entities, including purchase price allocation and systems alignment.
  • Manage external audit and tax relationships, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Drive cash flow forecasting and treasury oversight, including FX risk management.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across domestic and offshore operations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across ASIC, ABS, and other statutory bodies.
  • Support investor relations through the development of financial presentations and insights.
Candidate Profile
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Background in chartered accounting and subsequent commercial leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in ASX-listed environments, ideally within sub-$500m revenue businesses within the last 12 -24 months.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including current standards and disclosure requirements.
  • Proven experience in acquisition onboarding and financial integration.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
