Job Title

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Tasmania. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of online orders and providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Support the day-to-day management of online deliveries across Tasmania.
  • Coordinate and support online drivers to ensure high performance, accountability & exceptional customer experiences.
  • Review fleet availability, vehicle conditions, lease term management and rostering of drivers to COR compliance.
  • Escalation point for agents and drivers; troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of logistics operations.
  • Coordinating with drivers and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Logistics Supervisor, you will require:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with route delivery/courier logistics & retail industry.
  • Strong organisational & time management skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills to swiftly resolve customer feedback and internal escalations.
