
Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager

This is a senior-level corporate secretarial role that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality company secretarial services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert company secretarial advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
- Oversee the incorporation and deregistration of companies, preparation of statutory filings, and maintenance of corporate records.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in Corporate Governance or related field (law, accounting, business, finance).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a legal, corporate secretarial, or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated management experience, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong client-facing skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
