Supply Chain Associate Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation within the life science sector, renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee new 3PL based in Tullamarine - Spend approximately 2 days per week on-site in Tullamarine as well as working at HQ in South East.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain logistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the life science industry.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP software.
  • A proactive detail-oriented approach to tasks.
