Finance and Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled finance and payroll professional to join our team in a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including PAYG, FBT, super and monthly/quarterly commissions reporting.

  • Reconciliations: bank, payroll, vehicle disposals, Stripe and more
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, manage settlements and assist with budgeting
  • Help with audit support and compliance tasks across procurement
  • Liaise with fleet, finance and insurance teams on sales, regos, total loss reporting and asset tracking
  • Coordinate payroll onboarding and train staff on rostering where needed
  • Track and maintain key fleet and payroll data (VINs, regos, expiry dates, company ownership)

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a finance or payroll position
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
  • Familiarity with KeyPay, Stripe, and accounting systems a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to spot issues, solve problems, and make processes better
  • Comfortable working across finance, fleet and operational teams
