Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive our company's strategy and ensure technical excellence in Salesforce solutions.

This role involves leading the delivery of Salesforce projects, leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to enhance and customize our CRM to support commercial operations.

Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers, you will establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects.

As a Technical Lead, you will set and continuously improve technical standards and development practices, adhering to ITIL principles for technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements and steer project direction.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices, aligned with ITIL principles.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in best practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Salesforce development with experience in leadership roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Certified OmniStudio Developer or Certified Platform Developer I.
