Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a vital hands-on role in supporting operational teams at our depot.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations by providing high-level administrative support to leaders and staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach.
  • Maintaining and reporting on data using internal HR and business systems.
  • Overseeing equipment ordering and supply coordination.
  • Supporting day-to-day facility and depot management.
  • Assisting in delivering administrative programs and initiatives.
  • Managing purchasing transactions in line with service agreements.
  • Liaising effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements:

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of HR, financial, and procurement systems and processes.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
