Role Overview
">The Bench Clerk Training and Development Registrar plays a critical role in helping trainees develop their understanding of court operations and strong, consistent skills to manage courts. This position involves training, observing and providing feedback to trainees, working closely with coordinators and the Listings Manager to ensure courts run efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and deliver training programs for new trainee court registrars in their first six months with the courts.
- Provide feedback to trainees and work closely with coordinators and the Listings Manager to ensure efficient court operations.
- Communicate clearly to explain and teach skills to new trainees, demonstrating leadership by setting and modeling expectations within the court.
Requirements
">This role requires excellent technical skills in court operations combined with the ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback. The incumbent must be able to show leadership and have the communication skills and patience to teach, explain and provide feedback to trainees to aid in their development.
