Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of strata titled properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and managing budgets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for strata titled properties
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within set deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
Requirements
  • Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
  • Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience in property management, strata management, or related field
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and strata management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
