Handyman Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on building maintenance experience and possess strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules
  • Ensure workplace health and safety best practice at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Building qualification advantageous;
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
