Job Title: Technical Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of mechanical service and maintenance work for our clients on OEM equipment during planned shutdown periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage mechanical service and maintenance work for OEM equipment
  • Oversee project equipment mechanical commissioning and ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis of equipment to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to inform decision-making
  • Lead and coordinate local and international teams to achieve project goals
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Requirements:
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
  • Technical advisory experience with OEM equipment and a proven track record of success
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Semi-hands-on role with capability to lead personnel and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
