Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Roma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, handling and dispatching goods in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Management: Receive and inspect incoming goods, store them in designated areas, handle and dispatch outgoing goods.
  • Order Verification: Check unloaded goods against order forms/delivery dockets to ensure accuracy.
  • Stock Organisation: Select and prepare storage spaces for efficient access.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counting and stocktaking tasks as needed.
  • Stock Assessment: Inspect stock for damage or discrepancies and report findings promptly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and disburse orders, maintaining accurate records of issued materials.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized and tidy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive and safety-conscious attitude.
