Building Sovereign AI Models

This is a senior role in software engineering where you will be working on building sovereign AI models.
About the Role- You'll collaborate with our research team to implement cutting-edge algorithms and ideas.
- Design high-performance systems that run these models in real-world environments.
- Ongoing learning and exploration of new technologies are highly encouraged.
- Develop and scale training pipelines for large-scale foundation models.
- Optimize data processing, tokenization, batch preparation, and distributed training at multi-node scale.
- Debug and troubleshoot the most complex parts of model training and deployment.
- You're passionate about how models are built, trained, and run, especially large-scale foundation models.
- Familiarity with distributed computing (CUDA, Triton, NCCL, etc.) is a bonus but not required.
- Hands-on and determined individual.
- We operate our own GPU clusters, run large-scale training, and work closely across research and engineering to push the frontier of what's possible.
- You'll be part of a team that cares about model internals, not just outputs.
