Job Description

We are building sovereign AI models from first principles, training foundation models from scratch and designing new reasoning architectures to deploy them on state-of-the-art GPU clusters.

This role requires you to be part of the team that makes this real by working on both sides of the problem: how models are trained and how they run in the world. You will design and build the systems that power large-scale training runs and efficient inference, closely collaborating with our AI Researchers to implement the latest algorithms and ideas.

Deep engineering skills are required to write code, instrument systems, optimize performance and debug complex edge cases in distributed training and model serving. If you enjoy figuring out how foundation models work under the hood, this team is for you.
