About the Opportunity:

This is a critical role within our Technology Leadership team, requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee all application development efforts and provide effective support for applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive consultations with the business to identify, document, and analyze technology needs.
  • Technology Initiative Evaluation: Evaluate and prioritize technology initiatives based on business value, strategic importance, and alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the application support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and incidents.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of software development life cycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing required changes.

About You:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience partnering in a similar position and industry, with a track record of successful collaboration between business and technology teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is highly desirable.
