We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a showroom representative.

This is a varied role with plenty of interaction with customers, showcasing our fine jewellery collections and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury goods industry, excellent communication skills and outstanding organisational abilities.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing them with an exceptional experience
  • Managing daily stock checks and counts
  • Maintaining the aesthetic in the showroom, ensuring it remains clean and organised
  • Taking payments over the phone and organising domestic and international shipments
  • Providing administrative support, including managing accounts and databases

Our ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and have a 'can-do' attitude. They will also have excellent work ethic, attention to detail and time management skills.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Tuesday to Saturday. Training will be provided, and ongoing support offered.
